Spring BULBS!

Could spring exist without the bulbs? I doubt!
What else can you do every early spring, as soon as the snow melts away? Look for any signs of those cute green tips poking through the dirt.

OK... here's some of my bulbs.

March flowers

Right now, at an uncertain time - is it still winter? is spring finally here? - pretty much all flowers encountered in the garden have got the WOW factor.
But I am trying to stay away from the flowering dandelions (are they really ornamental in some countries???) and focus on something that is pleasing indeed!

Here they are!

Crocus vernus Pickwick

Iris reticulata

Hepatica transylvanica?

Erythronium dens-canis?

And ... the interesting foliage

(Next Saturday they say it's gonna snow, so if true, I won't be able to provide more pictures so enjoy these for a while)
